MATT BOURDON

First Vice President – Consultant

Matt Bourdon has more than 18 years of experience specializing in absence, disability and life insurance (ADL) programs. As an ADL national consulting leader, he is involved with client development, delivery, and strategy across the broad spectrum of ADL.

Matt’s expertise spans time away from work programs inclusive of vacation, PTO and leave of absence, financial income protection programs such as sick pay, STD, LTD and individual disability and financial asset protection programs such as life insurance, AD&D and BTA insurance programs. He also supports clients with a full spectrum of voluntary benefits, enrollment and administration.

Prior to joining ABC, Matt was the Absence, Disability and Life East Practice Leader for a national consulting firm, and a Senior Underwriter for a major insurance carrier, focused on STD, LTD, leave of absence and life insurance for midsize and large accounts in the East Region.

Matt graduated from Lafayette College with a BA in Business and Economics, with an emphasis in finance.
