Account Manager

Sias joined American Benefits Consulting in 2022, and supports the consultants who are focused on large market group insurance, including life and disability, international health plans, and business travel insurance programs. He handles a variety of account issues including plan marketing, renewals, contract reviews, employee communications, and problem resolution.

Prior to joining ABC, Sias worked at WTW in a financial consulting role and spent five years prior to this at Unum in an operational rotation program.

Sias has two master’s degrees from Belhaven University: an MBA and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership.
