Amy joined ABC in early 2018 after a 30-year career at MetLife. She supports the ABC consultants primarily on group benefits, handling a variety of needs including plan design recommendations, contract reviews, employee communication, data and program analysis and solution development. In addition, she brings program management experience to support different customer and ABC needs.

Amy spent 25 years leading account and financial teams responsible for service to group national account customers with a focus on core life, disability, and dental as well as voluntary programs. She was responsible for administration, implementation and financial reviews of clients’ benefit programs as well as for strategic planning, vendor management, and on-going regulatory compliance. She also served as a stakeholder for product and process development and optimization efforts. The last five years at MetLife, Amy was part of the data management organization, leading several programs geared toward advancement in data governance, customer reporting, analytics and process automation.

Amy graduated from Douglas College, Rutgers University with a degree in History and a certificate in Medieval Studies.
