Alison joined ABC in 2016 with responsibility for account management and consulting on International Health Plans, Global Travel Programs, Group Life, Group Disability and Leave Management. She has consulted on group benefits for 20 years, serving large multinational clients across various industries, such as Retail, Education, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, Transportation, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Utilities, Public Sector and Engineering.
Prior to joining ABC, Alison managed a book of multinational clients and was responsible for negotiating an insured block renewal with both Aetna International and CIGNA Global Health Benefits, along with performance management of these and other key international carriers (GeoBlue, MetLife Expatriate Benefits, and UnitedHealthcare Global). She served on the Broker Advisory Council for UnitedHealthcare Global. She has a strong familiarity with local healthcare and life insurance requirements for key globalist locations.
Alison is a graduate of Temple University with a BBA in Finance & International Business and an MBA in Human Resource Administration. She is also credentialed as a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
