Robin Bellemore, Consultant
Robin joined ABC in 2011. She has been in the employee benefits field for over 20 years with extensive experience in account management, plan design, implementation, underwriting, and financial analysis. Her focus has been on Life, Disability, and Dental Insurance and Leave Administration. Prior to joining ABC she held various positions at Travelers and MetLife, starting out as a renewal underwriter and ending as a Client Services Director in their National Accounts group. Most recently she was a National Account Manager at Reliance Standard. Robin’s role at ABC will be to focus on day-to-day administration of client benefit programs, as well as provide guidance around strategic planning and vendor management. Robin is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a BS in Management with a concentration in Finance.

Holly Chevalier, Group Insurance & Account Management
Holly joined ABC in 2007 following a successful 25-year career in the insurance and benefits industry. Holly’s primary area of focus is account management and client services for ABC’s Group business. As the lead consultant for several of ABC largest clients, Holly manages the day-to-day administration of client benefit programs, as well as provides guidance around strategic planning and vendor management. Holly’s career prior to joining ABC included work with the Social Security Administration as a Disability Benefits Specialist, management of a call center at MetLife, and the National Director of MetLife’s Long Term Care sales and account services department.

Stephanie Cowie, VB Business Development & Account Management
Stephanie is responsible for the Voluntary Benefits practice at ABC and brings with her over 20 years of experience in Voluntary Benefits and Group Insurance. Prior to joining ABC, Stephanie held senior leadership positions at a leading Voluntary Benefits consulting firm and MetLife. Stephanie’s background in Voluntary Benefits runs from business development and account management, to call center operations and customer service. Stephanie is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a B.A in Communications and Marketing.

Barbara Ann Criniti, Consultant
Barbara Ann joined ABC in June 2012. Her primary area of focus is Account Management on International Health Plans, Global Travel Programs and Services, Group Life, and Group Disability for ABC Clients. Barbara Ann is on the Broker Advisory Board for Ace USA Accident and Health and United Healthcare International. Before joining ABC, Barbara Ann was an Account Executive at Gallagher Benefit Services. She has over 10 years’ experience in consulting on group plans for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to consulting, Barbara Ann managed a law firm in the Philadelphia area. She has a BA in English from Gwynedd Mercy College and resides outside of Philadelphia with her family.

Kyle Fabrizio, VB Business Development & Account Management
Kyle joined ABC in 2011 and is a Senior Consultant in ABC’s Voluntary Benefits practice. Prior to ABC, Kyle held senior management positions at YouDecide, another Voluntary Benefits solutions provider, and the employee benefits brokerage firm Hilb, Rogal, and Hobbs (now Willis) in Boston, MA. With her more than 12 years’ experience in the employee benefits industry, Kyle brings a wealth of domain and subject matter expertise to ABC's Voluntary Benefits practice. Kyle received her Bachelor's from Harvard University and is trained as a Green Belt in Six Sigma Process Improvement Methodology.

John Forbes, Consultant
John joined ABC in 2009 following a successful 34-year career in the insurance and benefits industry. John’s primary area of focus includes account management and consulting on the design of life and disability plans. John is currently the consultant and vendor manager for several large ABC clients. Prior to joining ABC, John was an Account Manager at Hartford Life, National Account Manager at CNA, and Senior Account Executive in MetLife's National Accounts Division. Throughout his insurance career, John has gained significant experience in administration, underwriting and marketing of insurance programs for Fortune 500 Companies.

Michael R Grippo, Executive Benefits & Administration Systems
Mike has spent more than twenty years at ABC designing, implementing and administering non-qualified executive benefit plans on behalf of some of America’s largest companies. Prior to joining ABC, he worked for a major life insurance company and a brokerage firm for over ten years where he gained expertise in actuarial software development, advanced underwriting, and life insurance product & competitive analysis. Mike has a BS degree in actuarial science from the College of Insurance. Mike and his family currently reside in New Rochelle, NY.

Jim Heskett, Senior International Consultant
Jim is responsible for international consulting for expatriate medical, dental, life and LTD benefits, short-term travel medical programs, global business travel accident plans, multinational pooling analysis, and local country benefit plans. He joined ABC in 2010 and has 25 years of experience in employee benefits with a significant focus on international and expat benefit plans. Jim’s previous positions include Global Benefit Director at Betz Laboratories and Managing Director for Cigna Global Benefits. He attended Boston University.

Justin Hornburg, FSA, MAAA, FCA, Consultant & Senior Actuary
Justin joined ABC in 2007 and has been an employee benefit actuary in the Group Insurance arena since 1989. He has extensive experience in underwriting and financial and account management for large National Accounts. Through 2007 Justin was a Vice President and Actuary with MetLife and provided underwriting, financial and account management services to a number of large, Fortune 50 National Accounts. Justin’s role at ABC is to provide over-sight on all financial projections and review projects that are conducted on behalf of our clients.

Christina Johnson, Voluntary Benefits Operations & Administration
Christina joined ABC in 2005 and is responsible for the day to day administrative operations of ABC's Voluntary Benefits Programs. She has over 15 years experience in the Voluntary Benefits business, having spent much of her career in MetLife’s Voluntary Benefits Administration group as both a Business Analyst and Implementation Coordinator prior to joining ABC. Christina not only handles implementation and operational support for client file processing activities, but also oversees product development and design activities to ensure ABC's platform remains best in class in the insurance industry.

Jay Koppisety, Application Development & Information Technology
Jay is ABC’s CIO and has been with ABC for over 16 years. As CIO, Jay is responsible for aligning the firm’s technology initiatives with business goals – with particular emphasis on service delivery, standardization, and business systems performance. Jay provides software solutions for a variety of platforms and has served as the architect of systems to administer a number of executive, group and voluntary benefit programs, including ABC’s industry leading Voluntary Benefits platform. In addition to application development responsibility, Jay maintains ABC’s extensive IT function, encompassing compliance, hosting, security, and messaging systems. Jay has Master of Science in Computer Science from City University of New York and an MBA from Nagarjuna University in India.

Ann Marie Large, Consultant, Voluntary Benefits Marketing & Communications
Ann Marie has been with ABC for over 14 years and has been an integral part of the success of ABC's Group and Voluntary Benefits businesses. She has been involved with the operations of our multi-carrier Auto and Home programs since their inception in the late 90s and she manages the strategic development of all client communication pieces from design concept through the approval process with both clients and program vendors and carriers. She is also responsible for all client content and on-going management of our Voluntary Benefits websites. Ann Marie graduated from St. Francis College with a degree in Business Management and resides in New York City.

Kasey Mickler, Executive Benefits Administration & Call Center Operations
Kasey has been with American Benefits since 1999. She is responsible for the day to day administrative operations of ABC Executive Benefits Programs, as well as the day to day management of Call Center Operations across all lines of business. Prior to joining American Benefits Kasey ran operations for a Private Venture Capital firm in Aspen, Colorado. Kasey has a BA from the University of South Florida and resides in Connecticut. She works out of the Corporate headquarters office in midtown Manhattan.

Michele Rupinski, Consultant & Lead Underwriter
Michele began her career at TIAA-CREF working on new product and underwriting systems development, and managing the underwriting process for many large organizations. She held this position for over 20 years, developing proficiency in responsive customer service. Michele then joined Prudential as a Group Life Insurance Underwriter and was most recently a National Accounts Underwriter for CIGNA supporting new business efforts as well as having responsibility for a number of their largest clients. Michele’s primary areas of focus include the underwriting, design and financial analysis of life and disability plans, along with managing carrier relationships.

John Servais, Consultant
John joined ABC in 2011. He has been in the employee benefits field for over 22 years with extensive experience developing strategic and financial solutions for Fortune 500 organizations. Prior to joining ABC, John was a principal at Aon Hewitt for nearly 15 years and was responsible for leading some of their most important clients including JPMorgan Chase, Sony Electronics and Becton Dickinson. John’s primary area of focus includes account management and strategic consulting for health, life, disability and dental plans. Earlier in his career, John was a consultant at another national consulting firm and a group underwriter at Prudential. John graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BS in Economics.

John Steinhauser, FSA, MAAA, EA, Actuarial Services & Product Development
John has been with ABC for over twenty years and has over 30 years of experience in various actuarial disciplines including employee benefits; preparation of life and casualty insurance company financial statements; and life, annuity, and disability product development. In his role as Chief Actuary John is responsible for overseeing and advising ABC’s clients with Executive Benefit plan design services as well as working with ABC’s partners and carriers on new product design initiatives. John is a Fellow of The Society of Actuaries, a Member of American Academy of Actuaries, and an Enrolled Actuary and resides with his family in New Jersey.

Kelly Wolf, Consultant
Kelly joined ABC in 2013. Her primary focus is on account management for clients’ International Health & Welfare plans and travel medical programs for globally mobile employees. Prior to joining ABC, Kelly was a part of Aon Hewitt’s Global Benefits practice where she consulted on some of the Company’s most highly regarded multinational clients to develop global benefit platforms and perform competitive analyses of country benefit plans and HR policies. Kelly has been working in employee benefits consulting for 8 years and has a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from Villanova University.

Peter J Worth Jr, Operations, Information Security & Compliance
Peter joined ABC in May of 2010 as VP of Operations to help facilitate ABC’s growth from an Operations & Technology perspective as well as spearhead ABC's Security & Compliance initiatives. Peter brings to ABC over 20 years of experience with Technology and Management Consulting organizations driving innovation and scalability in Software (SaaS) ranging from Billing and Revenue Management solutions, Payroll Deduction Systems, Human Capital Management and HRIS systems, and SaaS Analytics platforms. Most recently Peter was the Chief Technology Officer for Aria Systems, a leading SaaS Billing and Subscription Management company. Peter has a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University in Ancient Studies and Economics and a Masters in Computer Science from NYU. He currently has two children and resides in New York, NY.
